Meet Our Team


Tiffany Lathrop, Founder + Teacher

Tiffany  has been in the fitness industry since 2010. After three years of consistent yoga practice, Tiffany went to a Hatha Yoga teacher training program with a focus on anatomy. Over the last six years, she’s completed all trainings with a national barre franchise and recently completed her Buti Yoga certification. She believes that a daily sweat can create balance in life.

Emily Wall, Teacher

Emily grew up in York, Maine, and has recently moved back since living in Georgia and Louisiana for the past five years. In 2015 while living in Athens, GA, she took the plunge to do a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified Hatha Yoga training. Shortly after her training she moved to Louisiana to get her master’s degree at LSU in environmental sciences. While living in Louisiana Emily found her passion for Ashtanga yoga, and started practicing with Certified teacher Melanie Fawer in New Orleans, whom she did another 200-hr training with in 2017. Emily also studies with Taylor Hunt at Ashtanga Yoga Columbus, and completed the Ashtanga Yoga and Addiction Forum in the fall of 2018.  She hopes to spread the life changing practice of yoga to others, so that they too can experience the connection to themselves and others, the strength and flexibility you gain physically and mentally, and the importance of the breath to bring you into the present moment. 


Suzy Legere, Teacher

Suzy fell in love with the powerful practice of yoga when living in Burlington, VT. She loved the mind and body connections made and found it was a way to ground herself mentally and stretch and strengthen her body.

She was trained to teach children’s yoga while in graduate school and taught yoga in the public schools in Massachusetts. After, her first pregnancy she was trained to teach prenatal yoga, a real passion of hers. Most recently, she obtained her 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training through Illumina Yoga in Portland, Maine.

Suzy is excited to share her love for yoga and community with all!


Meghan Burchianti, Teacher

Meghan is excited to be joining The Daily Sweat Family as a Barre instructor.  Her passion for Barre fitness began eight years ago in Louisville, Kentucky where she practiced daily.  She loves helping others and looks forward to empowering each client to feel their best.  Meghan's love of family, food (especially chocolate) and the outdoors are what keep her motivated to feel her strongest. She looks forward to connecting with others through daily workouts. 


Shannon Dellert, Teacher

Teaching has always been Shannon’s passion so combining her love of yoga was an easy and fun next step. She has been teaching preschool for over four years in an outdoor, farm-based setting using an adaptive approach to meet every child’s needs. Her goals in education are to send children into the world with kindness for all living things, the ability to explore and be curious in their surroundings in nature, and to understand their emotions and feelings. She loves to dance and sing, read books with all the funny voices, and discover what creative ideas we all have hiding in our imaginations. Since completing her ChildLight Yoga training in Dover, Shannon can’t wait to teach the Kennebunk community all she has to offer with Kids yoga and mindfulness. 


Chauna Oak, Teacher

Chauna began practicing yoga in 2008 and began teaching in 2018. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200hr). Her style brings together elements of strength, flexibility, and balance, while encouraging students to break through their own perceived limitations both on and off the mat. What began as a purely physical practice, and years of self teaching, led Chauna to complete a 200 hour teacher training, where she further discovered the mental and spiritual benefits of a well rounded practice. It is through asanas (postures), meditation, and pranayama that Chauna leads her students into the sense of inner calm and self-acceptance that yoga often brings. Chauna believes that yoga has something to offer every single person in every stage of their life.

Brenna Lilly The Daily Sweat Kennebunk

Brenna Lilly, Teacher

Brenna has received her RYT200 in Vinyasa Flow from Happy Love Yoga School and a 50-hour certificate from the Summers School of Yin Yoga, both in 2019. Her classes are for all bodies, abilities, and identities, and she holds space for those who are, as she once was, skeptical of yoga. From experience, Brenna knows that yoga has the ability to spark emotional alchemy and invites you to share in honoring the lineage of the practice.
