    we are better than yesterday

We are growth-minded. We believe that our only competition is who we were yesterday. We make vision boards, we share our assets and we inspire ourselves too. Because we can’t change your world if our world isn’t continually changing too.

  • group of girls in yoga studio

    we are here for you

We believe in showing up for others with our hands, our hearts and our minds. We believe if you share with us what is broken, we can fix it. And we will. Every. Single. Day. We choose sweating because we believe in what we do. We believe time on our mats gives us a positive outlook. We choose to ground ourselves in gratitude. We want to work in an environment with amazing energy-- the kind you can feel when you walk through the door.

His practice was becoming more consistent as Silvia was teaching more. He had no idea how life changing yoga could be when practiced on a consistent level, it changed his body and his mind - "yoga is all about the mind body connection". With every class, he began to see how strong he was and how his mind was becoming calmer and focused. The more Abe practiced, the more he fell in love, he wanted to continue his yoga journey and help others. In 2021 Abe had an urge to share the amazing healing power of yoga, so he signed up for his 200 hour yoga teacher training with The Daily Sweat.

When not in the studio Abe is hanging with his three lovely dogs, brewing beer for his company - Funky Bow Brewery, cooking, enjoying the local beaches, being with friends, thinking about his next yoga class.
