the daily sweat is partnering with parks + rec to offer an energetic, kid-friendly trampoline conditioning program for students in grades k–5! this fun + supportive class blends trampoline movement, strength-building, partner challenges, breath work, stretching, + mindfulness.

kids will bounce, move, + grow their confidence through playful activities that improve balance, coordination, + overall conditioning. making it a great way to stay active between sports seasons or simply build healthy habits year-round. the class is designed to be welcoming for all ability levels + encourages teamwork, focus, + positive energy.

transportation is provided by parks + rec from kes + sea road. parent pickup at the daily sweat is required at 4:15 pm.

a piece of fruit will be available for any child who doesn’t have an extra snack. a pair of new bounce socks will be provided + kept at the daily sweat for the duration of the program.
