Happy Hips is a two-hour workshop designed to help you open, release, and reconnect through the sacred gateway of the hips. Through intentional movement, breath, and flow, you will explore both the strength and surrender found in this powerful part of the body.
This workshop is open to all levels. Expect flow poses to warm up + connect with your body, restorative poses for deeper release + targeted hip-opening stretches to release tension + increase mobility. You will end practice with breathwork + guided awareness to support emotional release and inner calm. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply connected to yourself.
